Narrative Representation


What is should include.
  • STEREOTYPES 
  • ARCHETYPES
  • COUNTER-TYPES

Denotation - description of what you can see or hear.

 Connotation - the mental concept that it see, an interpretation of the media. (red rose resemblance's romance )

 Sexuality - normative (when you see hetro-sexual couples, you see that it is normal. However if theres a gay couple then the killer will have a grudge against gay people.)

 Typically we see disabled people as outsiders and they are the weak and need help.

 We are analysing 3 slasher films and showing narrative representation.
